If you are new to the Crysis franchise, you have been missing one of the best games in recent memory.

This first-person shooter game series is about a group of elite soldiers wearing Nanosuits, a kind of technologically advanced armour. This alien technology gives its wearer increased strength, protection, speed and the ability to become invisible.

In the single-player campaign, you are Prophet and the time is 24 years after the events of Crysis 2.

The graphics of a post-apocalyptic New York City are quite simply breathtaking, with their smooth textures and realistic lighting effects.

Multiplayer mode is also fun with new modes, such as the Hunter, in which two players in Nanosuits must hunt down other gamers within a certain time frame.

Crysis 3 is a suitable closing chapter of the trilogy with its technical excellence and great gameplay.
